Por ser socio del Club RACE nunca estarás solo, estés en el país que estés. Porque si tienes un percance, con este servicio vamos a rescatarte a ti y a los tuyos.
Haremos todo lo posible por reparar la avería in situ, y si no es posible, pondremos a tu disposición un coche de sustitución. Además llevaremos tu coche a un taller.
Gracias a la aplicación RACE SOS te geolocalizaremos y así no tendrás que preocuparte por saber dónde estás ya que RACE SOS localizará tu posición mediante el GPS de tu dispositivo y sabremos dónde te encuentras.
Al pulsar el botón “Solicitar Asistencia” se establecerá una conexión con nuestra Central de Operaciones que recibirá los datos de tu solicitud junto con los datos de tu posición.
Te haremos una llamada para confirmar tu ubicación y determinar las necesidades de servicio según el problema que te haya surgido para proporcionarte el mejor servicio para tu percance.
Además, tendrás tu tarjeta de socio RACE en la aplicación, y la podrás usar para entrar a las salas VIP de AENA de los principales aeropuertos de España y podrás solicitar acceso a salas VIP de aeropuertos Internacionales.
